To enable this feature select 'scanning always available' in settings. You can scan your location even if your WiFi and GPS is off. That is user can determine its location anywhere he want.

Google have implemented new Android Games app. This app includes multi player option. So you can enjoy gaming with your friends. Leader board's and match making support is also available on this app. Android 4.3 supports high performance graphic open GLES 3.0 support which makes your device graphically very nice.
