Micromax and Reliance Jio testing 4G smartphones

Now its almost sure that new flagship device that will be launched by Micromax will have 4G connectivity. In an interview with Light Reading India Micromax has brought into light that it is working along with Reliance Jio Infocomm on the upcoming 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution) devices. Reliance Jio is also the country's sole pan-India BWA lisence holder. 


Vikas Jain, Co-founder and Business Director of Micromax said 
We are on the test beds with Reliance Jio Infocomm that has got BWA licenses and is waiting to launch its network. Our devices are being tested with the telcos, since a lot of technology integration is required in 4G devices
He also mentioned that the company will be keeping the prices of 4G devices (smartphones and dongles)  as low as possible and  Micromax will offer complete array of cost friendly devices with all three networks, 2G, 3G and 4G. 
Earlier Sharma revealed his plan about Micromax's next big launch in coming two months.
