Bryan feels that the Windows Phone platform running out of time to make a big impact. This is due to the lack of apps for Windows Phone, and it seems to be a major concern for him.

"If there is an application that someone wanted and it was not there, it means a big loss of sales opportunities," said Bryan Biniak.

So even though, Nokia has a Windows Phone 8 smartphone in the market such as Lumia 1020 and Lumia 920, the fact that it runs slowly and develop eco-system does not help the company. Biniak felt that "without the applications, hardware is useless".
