Yummy Butter Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken 500gm,
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste,
3 Onions(Chopped),
2 Tomatoes,
1/4th cup cream,
Butter,
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder,
2 tbsp Cashew nut paste,
6 Cloves,
2 Cinnamon sticks,
4 Cardamon,
Salt,
Coriander Leaves.

Procedure:

Marinate Chicken pieces with Ginger-garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes. Fry the pieces till brown colour after 30 minutes. Heat butter in pan.
Saute cloves, Cinnamon, cardamon, copped ginger garlic and onions. Add turmeric & red chili powder. Once the raw smell goes add chopped tomatoes and saute till done. once it's cool, grind it into fine paste. In a pan heat butter & mix well fried chicken pieces, masala paste, cashew nut paste,salt and bring it to boil. Once the gravy is thick remove from stove and garnish with fresh cream, butter and coriander leaves.

Swadisht Kadhai Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

1500gm chicken
3 pyaz
2 lahsun
Tel (Oil)
1 chota tukda Adrak
Shahajira
2 Long
Tej Patta
Hari Ilaychi Powder
Badi Kali Ilaychi
Dhaniya Powder
Lal Mirch Powder
3 Tamater
250gm Dahi
Haldi
Namak

Procedure:

Pehle Kadhai me tel garam kare ab usme garam masala dale.
shahajira, kali ilaychi, hari ilaychi powder, tej patta, long aur 1 pyaz barik kat kar dale.
pyaz thodi lal hone tak fry kare
ab achi tarah chicken dho kar dale.
haldi aur swadnusar namak dale.
ab ise achchi tarah pakaye.
3 pyaz , 2Lahsun aur adrak ki paste balakar isme dale.
Ab lal mirch powder, Dhaniya powder dale.
Tamater aur dahi dale.
ab thodasa pani dalkar pakaye.
ab aapki dish tayyar he.

Zatpat Dhokla Khamang Dhokla Recipe


ingredients:
Besan
Eating Soda
Namak
Turmeric powder
3-4 hari mirch
2 kali lahsan paste
Jira,Rai,Kadipatta,thoda tel (oil).
Haradhaniya
tomato sos

Procedure:
Ek plate me Besan me pani dal kar thoda patla mishran banale.
Ab usme thoda eating soda,swatdusar namak,hari mirch aur lahsun paste dal kar mix kare.
Ab ek bartan me pani garam karne rakhe aur uspe is mishran ko bhap(Steam) me 20 minute rakhe.
Ab tel garam kare usme jira,rai,kadipatta dal kar thodi der tale. Ab ise dhokle ki plate me dale.
Upar se barik kata haradhaniya dale
Ab aapka dhokla tayyar he.
Tomato sos ke sath khaye.

50gm Dahi
Lal Mirch powder
Vinegar
Nibu Ka Ras

Procedure:
Upar di gayi samgri ka Masala banaye.
Usme nimbu ras aur swadnusar namak dale.
Ye masala lagakar chicken 1 Ghanta rakhe.
Ab dhimi aanch me fry kare.
Tomato Sos ke sath serve kare

Haidrabadi Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1kg chiken
2 Onions
Mirch powder
Adrak
1 Lahsan
1 Teaspoon Jira
Oil
100gm Kaju
2 teaspoon Khaskhas
Namak
Haradhaniya
Kobi
5-10 Badam
10-12 Tomatos
2 Dalchini
5-6 Long
8-10 Kali Mirch
4 Hari ilaychi
2-3 Tej patta
Dahi
Ghee

Procedure:
Chicken ke medium tukade saf pani me dhokar 1 bartan me namak mila kar rakhe.
Adrak-Lahsun ki barik paste banale.
Dalchini,long,kali mirch,tej patta,ilaychi ko pan par thoda sek le (tel na dale) aur iski powder banale.
Ab 1 bartan me tel garam kare aur usme pyaj badami colour aane tak tale. Ab adrak-lahsan paste dal kar bhunle. Usme thoda ghee dal kar chicken dale.
Thodasa pani dal kar pakaye. Ab Masala Powder,Kaju,Khaskhas,Dahi, lal mirch powder  dale.
Ab achi tarha pakaye.
Thodasa haradhaniya dale aur Kobi,Tomato,Pyaj ke sath serve kare.

Idli Sambar Chatni Recipe

idli Material:
idli Rava 1 Kg
udid Dal 250gm
Eating Soda

Sambar Material:
1.1/2 Pyaj
750gm Masoor Dal
Haldi
imali
Oil
2 Tamatar
Mirchi powder

Chatni Material:
1 chota Lahsan
Haradhaniya
2 Hari mirch
Namak
Jira 1 Teaspoon
Rai 1 Teaspoon
kadipatta
1 Coconet
Oil

Idli Procedure: Idli Rava,Udid dal Subha alag alag bartan me Pani me bhigoye.
Shamko Udid dal ko mixer me grind karle.
Ab ise ek bartan me rat bhar aise hi rakh de.
Subha idli banane se pehle thodasa eating soda aur swadnusar namak us mishran me milaye.
Idli ke sache me ye mishran dale
idli ke bartan me pani dale
ab sache ko usme rakhe aur 20 minutes pakaye
Ab aapki idli tayyar he

Sambar Procedure: Sabse pehle cooker me oil dale ab pyaj thodi der tak fry kare.
Ab haldi,mirch powder,swadnusar namak dale.
Masoor ki dal ko dho kar dale,imali dale,tamatar dale ab pani dale aur cooker band karke 2 siti aane tak pakaye.
Thodi der bad usme hara dhaniya dale

Chatni Procedure: 1 chota Lahsan
Haradhaniya
2 Hari mirch
Namak
1 Khopra (Coconut) grinder me le aur use mixer par pisle.

Ab pan par thoda oil garam kare usme Jira 1 Teaspoon
Rai 1 Teaspoon
kadipatta dale aur ise pisi hui chatni me dale.

Easy Fry Sunahri Murg Or Golden Chicken Recipie.

Ingredients:
1/2 Kg Chicken
2 Adrak (Ginger)
1 Lahsun (Garlik)
Garam Masala
100gm Dahi (Curd)
Haldi powder
Lal Mirch powder
1 Nibu (Lemon)
Namak (Salt)
100gm Ghee/Butter

Procedure:
Chicken ko achi tarha dhole. Adrak-Lahsun ki paste banale.
Ab chicken me Adrak-lahsan paste,thoda dahi,Garam masala,Haldi & Lal mirch powder dale.
Swadnusar namak dale aur ise 40 minuts aise hi rakhe.
Ab Ghee ya Butter me fry kare. Thodasa Nibu ka ras dal kar serve kare.

Enjoy Tasty Pav-Bhaji Recipe On New Year Party

Ingredients:
Aalu(Potato) 500gm
Tomato 500gm
Hare Matar 500gm
Dhabbu mirch 500gm
Amul Butter 150gm
2 Nibbu
2 Tablespoon Everest Pavbhaji Masala
1 teaspoon Lal mirch powder
1 teaspoon Haldi powder
Bhavbhaji Bread-36
Adrak(Ginger)
1 Lahsun(Garlik)
3 Pyaj(Onion)
Namak(Salt)

Procedure:
Aalu aur matar ko ubal(Boil) kar le. Tomato ko mixer me grind karke rakhe. Ab pyaj aur shimla mirch ko kat kar rakhe. Adrak-Lahsun ki paste banale. Ab ek bartan me tel garam kare usme Adrak-lahsun paste,Pyaj dale. Thodi der pyaj talne ke bad usme Haldi powder aur dhabbu mirch dal kar pakaye.
Ab aalu,hare matar aur tomato paste dale. Lal mirch powder aur Everest pavbhaji masala dal kar use achchi tarha pakaye

Easy And Tasty Maggi Recipe

Material:
1 Magee noodles big packet of 20 Rs
1 Onion
1 Tomato
Salt
Coriander
Tomato Sos etc.

Procedure:
First cut the onion,tomato and coriande in a plate.
Now boil 4 cups of water in to a deep pan. Then put cutted onion,tomato and coriande in to pan.
And add magee nodles,some salt,and magee masala.
Cook it for 10 minuts and surve it with tomato sos.
