Yummy Butter Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken 500gm,
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste,
3 Onions(Chopped),
2 Tomatoes,
1/4th cup cream,
Butter,
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder,
2 tbsp Cashew nut paste,
6 Cloves,
2 Cinnamon sticks,
4 Cardamon,
Salt,
Coriander Leaves.

Procedure:

Marinate Chicken pieces with Ginger-garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes. Fry the pieces till brown colour after 30 minutes. Heat butter in pan.
Saute cloves, Cinnamon, cardamon, copped ginger garlic and onions. Add turmeric & red chili powder. Once the raw smell goes add chopped tomatoes and saute till done. once it's cool, grind it into fine paste. In a pan heat butter & mix well fried chicken pieces, masala paste, cashew nut paste,salt and bring it to boil. Once the gravy is thick remove from stove and garnish with fresh cream, butter and coriander leaves.
