Ingredients:
1kg chiken
2 Onions
Mirch powder
Adrak
1 Lahsan
1 Teaspoon Jira
Oil
100gm Kaju
2 teaspoon Khaskhas
Namak
Haradhaniya
Kobi
5-10 Badam
10-12 Tomatos
2 Dalchini
5-6 Long
8-10 Kali Mirch
4 Hari ilaychi
2-3 Tej patta
Dahi
Ghee
Procedure:
Chicken ke medium tukade saf pani me dhokar 1 bartan me namak mila kar rakhe.
Adrak-Lahsun ki barik paste banale.
Dalchini,long,kali mirch,tej patta,ilaychi ko pan par thoda sek le (tel na dale) aur iski powder banale.
Ab 1 bartan me tel garam kare aur usme pyaj badami colour aane tak tale. Ab adrak-lahsan paste dal kar bhunle. Usme thoda ghee dal kar chicken dale.
Thodasa pani dal kar pakaye. Ab Masala Powder,Kaju,Khaskhas,Dahi, lal mirch powder dale.
Ab achi tarha pakaye.
Thodasa haradhaniya dale aur Kobi,Tomato,Pyaj ke sath serve kare.
