Micromax MMX354G datacard with call and SMS support launched

Micromax  MMX354G, a new innovative datacard has been listed on company's website . This datacard can be used as a phone and to call and send text messages by plugging the datacard to a computer or laptop. Upto 1000 contacts can be stored in the datacard.


This is a high speed 3G USB modem and supports speeds up to 7.2 Mbps for downloads and 5.76 Mbps for uploads.

Also the datacard selects the network automatically and has plug and play functionality i.e. you don't need to install any drivers manually. When plugged in to a computer the datcard will automatically install the required drivers.
Windows, Mac and Ubuntu operating systems are supported.

The price of the MMX354G datacard has not been announced yet.
