In this article I wanna share with you how to use voice recognition unlock on your android device.
Yes it's true now you can unlock your device with your own voice. I think this feature is available for higher android os devices from Android 4.1 Jelly Bean+.
To set up voice recognition on lock just follow the steps below
• Just go to Settings from your device menu then go to Security.
• Now click to Screen lock and then click Voice Unlock.
• Now choose Unlock Command then press continue.
• To set up a voice commands to unlock your device. Just record your voice and repeat the command until you see 100% setup on your screen.
• Now press Continue. For your phone safety you can add Secondary unlocking method. This will help you when your voice can't be recognised by the device.
• Either you can set up pattern lock or Pin lock. Pattern lock is not more safe than Pin lock. When too many wrong attempt done Pattern lock will be locked. You have to log in through gmail id if the Internet is active on your device. If you don't have active Internet connection then you have to format your device. So pin lock is safe to use as a secondary unlocking option. Now setup is done.
• Now just say your voice command to unlock the device. You can set up different command to use messaging and camera also.
