Micromax has launched new very affordable Canvas Smartphones namely Micromax Canvas Fun A76 and Micromax Canvas bolt A67.  The smartphones are priced at Rs. 8499 and Rs. 5975 respectively.

Micromax Canvas Fun A76 has a 5 inch display with the resolution of 480 x 854 (which is pretty decent at the given price point), and has 512MB of RAM and is runs by Android 4.2 Jellybean. And at the heart of the smartphone is a 1.2 GHz dual core processor. It has a 5 megapixel fixedfocus camera . The inbuilt storage is 4 gigs which can be expanded to 32gigs. Of course it also has Wifi, bluetooth and GPS connectivity and houses a 2000mAh battery.

Micromax Bolt A67

On the other hand Micromax Bolt A67 has a smaller 4.5 IPS display and a less powerful 1 GHz dual core processor. Also it runs Android 4.0 ICS rather than JellyBean which might be a thing of little disappointment.
It sports a 2 megapixel rear and 0.3 megapixel front facing camera, 512 MB RAM, 4 gigs of internal memory expandable upto 32gigs and a 1850mAh battery. A67 has Wifi, GPS and bluetooth but lacks 3G.
