Indigenous mobile phone manufacturer Micromax is all set to launch its first 3D smartphone in next few days.
The model - most probably to be named Canvas 3D A115 - runs on Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean).
According to unconfirmed sources, the phone will have a 5-inch display with 800x480p resolution, 1GHz dual-core CPU and 1GB RAM. It is likely to sport an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, 2MP front camera, 4GB internal storage and microSD support.
Currently only one phone Lg Optimus 3D supports 3D playback in India
This way Micromax now offering strong competition to Nokia and Samsung and is giving more diverse offering back to back at cheaper price points.
