Samsung Galaxy Fame and Galaxy Young

Samsung has released two mid-range Android phone named as Galaxy Fame and Galaxy Young. The two new machines are using the same processor manufactured by a third party manufacturer. Below is the comparison between Samsung Galaxy Fame and Galaxy Young.


Galaxy Fame
Price - USA: $300; India: Rs.15000
Galaxy Fame is equipped with 1GHz Broadcom made processor and integrated with the VideoCore IV graphics chip, with 3.5-inch HVGA (480 × 320) resolution TFT touch screen, and other features include Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, etc. The only drawback is that it only has 512MB of RAM memory. This model is available in two colors white and metallic blue. It has dual cameras: a front VGA camera, 5 megapixel rear camera. Available camera function are autofocus, LED light. In addition, the mobile has 4GB inbuilt storage space, and support for memory expansion, the machine is equipped with Android 4.1.2 system.

Galaxy Young 
Price -  USA: $250; India: Rs.12000
Simultaneously launched Galaxy Young is equipped with a frequency of 1GHz Qualcomm single-core central processor and Adreno 200 GPU, display features sports a 3.3-inch HVGA resolution TFT touch screen, built-in storage space of 4GB,  768MB of RAM memory, and up to 64GB of memory card expansion that seems good than Galaxy Fame model. Camera features 3 MP rear and QVGA front camera. Flash is available. The compact body size 109.4mm × 58.6mm × 12.5mm, weighs 112 grams, the battery capacity is 1300mAh. This model has choice of four colors white, dark blue, metallic silver and wine red. According to several tech news reported that this model will be soon available in dual SIM card version.
