if you are blogger user then you can use Adsense Gadget in which you can choose ad styles and ad types also.Drag this gadget where you want to display ads.There is no need to make ad units and to add code for blogger users. If you are not blogger user then you have to create new ad unit and add that code in you website where you want to display ads

When your earning reaches upto "verification threshold" for ex. U.S. 10$ Adsense will hold your payments and ask you to verify your address and to submit Tax information.
You can request 3 Pin's if you get it then submit it.
In case you don't get Pin then you have to submit your identification and address proof by sending scanned copy of your doccuments.
When your 3 pin requests have complted you will get link to submit your doccument in your Adsense Account.
When you submit the form with correct proof your addresss will be verified within 24 hours and you will get Email.
If you are searching what kind of Tax information we have to submit in India then you have to answer some questions and declare that you are non-U.S. citizen.
Click to "Submit your infomation now" in your Adsense account and answer the following questions
1. Are you a U.S Citizen,U.S. resident Alien,U.S.?

3. Do you own equipment in the U.S related to your participation in adsense?
4. Do you have employees in the U.S. related to your participation in adsense?
Answer it and click to "Continue"
Add your name as signature
And Click to
"Submit information"
after this hold on your payment is removed automatically and when your earning reaches the payment threshold for ex. 100$ you will be paid.
