HTC Desire SV

HTC DESIRE SV REVIEW

When HTC Desire SV launched their One series of Android phones in February this year, they only had one affordable-ish mid-range offering. This is a very popular category here in Asia. And that’s there HTC Desire SV comes in. The Desire SV is a decent looking handset with a full glossy front and a very comfortable rubberised rear panel. The chassis is made up mostly of plastic yet manages to feel very sturdy and solid in your hand. There aren’t any creaking parts or chrome bits that can get scratched easily. HTC has always believed in creating smart phones that offer impressive designs. The Desire SV is no different. The front is glossy but the back panel has a soft rubber finish which we like. This powerful phone is based on Android v 4.0 ICS via the Java MIDP emulator which is backed by the very powerful Qualcomm S4 Dual-Core at a clock speed of  1 GHz. To support more, it has a chipset Qualcomm MSM8225 Snapdragon that makes the entire process of navigating and surfing the net easy and much faster. Browse and download files at an ultra fast speed. This mobile not only does it give you a better display but has been fitted with an 8 MP Auto focus camera that allows you to capture your memorable moments for lifetime. With the BSI feature you can click brighter pictures in situation where there is low light. You can click better images with the f2.2 aperture and 28mm wide-angle lens. This allows you to click more in a picture. This time HTC has more in its camera for you, the Smart Flash provides the perfect light as it changes to five different levels automatically depending on the distance. You can snap pictures while taking a video. This exclusive handset has an internal storage capacity of 4GB. Now have all your favourite tracks, movies and pictures in your phone and carry them wherever you go. This phone is fully loaded with features and is powered by 1620 mAh removable and rechargeable Li-Ion Battery. The Desire SV is a decent-looking handset with a full glossy front and a rubberized rear panel. The chassis is made of plastic but feels sturdy and solid.
